Agentic Xchange Network Pte. Ltd. (“AXN”, “we”) is responsible for personal data collected through axchange.io and api.axchange.io.
THE NOTICE
- What we collect
- Contact details you send us (name, email, company), account and listing details you submit, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.
- Why
- To respond to enquiries, run and secure the service, verify businesses (KYB) and meet our compliance obligations.
- Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run AXN — hosting, email, identity verification and transaction screening. We do not sell personal data. The full subprocessor list, naming each provider, is available on request.
- Your rights
- Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to access or correct your data, or withdraw consent.
- Retention
- We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or as the law requires.
